Our data center is a quality, disaster-safe installation, the perfect location for hosting your surveillance records.
The risk of missing camera recordings for certain time intervals is drastically reduced by:
- redundancy provided to each equipment in the data center
- redundancy of the data center power supply system ensured with high-performance UPS and dedicated diesel generator,
- multiple fiber optic broadband internet connections from 3 different internet services providers,
- system of diagnosis, automatic switching and alerting in case of exit from the parameters of any of the three main internet connections,
- implemented self-diagnosis system that generates real-time alerts to our technicians for any malfunction related to the operation of the data center in the parameters,
- video stream quality diagnosis system for each camera, generating simultaneous alerts to the customer and to Nexia technicians in the case of camera malfunction.
Confidentiality and availability of the records
There is no risk of alienation of the records due to media theft or fraudulent access.
Access to your own recordings can be made from anywhere, from any device connected to the Internet, exclusively by the owner and the persons designated by him through a dedicated virtual machine, available online, with secure authentication.
